Morning Memories and Music
My mother always said that the morning is the most magical moment of the day. Every Monday, I make a memory by walking toward the mountains near my modern home. The mist covers the meadow, and for a moment, the world feels mellow and quiet.
I usually carry a small mug of warm milk and listen to some mellow music. It helps me get into the right mood for my many meetings. Managing a massive amount of work is much easier when your mind is calm. Maybe that is why I miss the mountains when I am in the middle of a busy month.
Last May, I moved to a city with many museums and movie theaters. My main goal is to make more time for myself. I must admit, I made a mistake by working too much in the past. Now, I measure my success by how many smiles I see. Money is important, but mental health matters more. Each minute is a message from the universe to enjoy the magic of life.
